Tilò from the Azienda Agricola Ramoino

Red wine for ageing, Rossese and Syrah
Tilò is more than a wine, it is a dutiful tribute to the man who, thanks to his wine, sparked Giuseppe Ramoino’s passion for winemaking: a great wine for a great man. A wine dedicated to “grandpa Tilò”, a great “feather game” mountain hunter, when hunting was a way to bring fine meats to the table.
Tilò is a great red wine, made from Rossese and Syrah grapes, which goes well with game dishes, but also with aged cheeses, roasts, red meats.
A warm, intense, fragrant wine, capable of ageing for years after one year in Slavonian oak barrels and 3 years in a bottle, in our cellar. A wine which contains everything of the Ligurian mountain, of its steepness, made up of Mediterranean scrub in the lower part and of chestnut trees in the part which clambers up to the peaks of the Ligurian Alps, the Liguria that smells of sea breeze mixed with the scents of the forest. A wine for a dinner with friends, a real treat for connoisseurs.
