Tilò Sbagliato from the Azienda Agricola Ramoino

Red wine for ageing, Syrah

The Tilò Sbagliato is a great red wine, which, unlike Tilò, is made from Syrah grapes only. A warm, intense, fragrant wine, capable of ageing for years, after the first one in Slavonian oak barrels and another three years in a bottle in our cellar in Sarola, to accompany any red meat and aged cheese.
In its original version, the wine is dedicated to “grandpa Tilò”, a great “feather game” mountain hunter, able to bring fine game meat to the table every time, with which the Ligurian red wine Tilò Sbagliato is a perfect pairing.
Mountain Liguria, made up of chestnut trees and forest scents, is perfectly described by a glass, or two, of Tilò Sbagliato.
