Our vineyards are located in the top growing areas for each variety:in Dolceacqua and Camporosso for the Rossese; in Pornassio for the Ormeasco; in Sarola, Albenga and Diano Castello for the Pigato and Vermentino.
The quality of our wines begins in the vineyard.
The composition of the soils, the positions of the vineyards on steep slopes facing the sun, and the short pruning and thinning of the bunches we carry out as standard practice enable us to obtain grapes of the highest quality.
And although the planting density is fairly high (7000-11000 vines per hectare), the yields are considerably lower than the limits laid down in the regulations governing the production of each wine.
