Grape-variety: Vermentino.
Growing location: Riviera Ligure di Ponente.
Alcohol content: 13,% vol.
Colour: straw-yellow with greenish hues.
Nose: delicate and fruity, with hints of apple.
Taste: soft and structured, almondy and luscious.
Serving temperature: 12 -14°C
Vinification: in steel, with 6 months on the yeasts (with batonage)
Best served with: shellfish, fish and mixed sea grills.
Production: approx. 9.000 bottles.
Available from: April, 2008.
Cellar life: best until the end of 2009.
