Rossese di Dolceacqua 2009

(bottle sizes 375 ml and 75 cl.)
Grape-variety: Rossese.
Growing location: Western Liguria.
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Colour: purple, becoming more evident over time.
Nose: vinous and fruity when young; more intense on ageing, with summer berry overtones.
Taste: dry, savoury, slightly tannic; softer, rounder and more lingering on ageing.
Serving temperature: 18 -20°C
Vinification: in steel, followed by at least 6 months in the bottle.
Best served with: roasts or cheeses.
Production: approx. 10.000 bottles.
Available from: June, 2010.
Cellar life:best until 2013 and beyound.
