Nose: expansive and fruity, hinting at peaches.

Taste: soft and lingering, with appealing varietal aftertaste reminiscent of the seaside.

Serving temperature: 12 -14°C

Vinification: in steel, with 6 months on the yeasts (with batonage).

Best served with: starters and sea fish-based main courses.

Production: approx. 10.000 bottles.

Available from: April, 2008.

Cellar life: best until the end of 2009.
