Alcohol content: 13,5% vol

Colour: bright straw-yellow with greenish highlights.

Nose: intense bouquet of ripe white fruit.

Taste: soft, slightly aromatic, with mineral notes.

Serving temperature: 12 -14 °C

Vinification: selected grapes are vinified in steel, with at least 8 months on the yeasts (with batonage).

Best served with: crustaceans, seafood grills.

Production: approx. 2.900 bottles (75 cl.) + 150 magnums (1,5 l.).

Available from: June, 2008.

Cellar life: best until 2010.
