WINERY |
The winery facilities are all equipped with temperature control systems, and are situated within the 3 DOC production areas:
in Dolceacqua for the Rossese; in Pieve di Teco for the Ormeasco; and in Sarola for the Pigato and Vermentino.
The maturing in wood, and the bottling and bottle-ageing of all our wines take place at our headquarters in Sarola, in air-conditioned surroundings underground.
Large windows in the tasting room afford a view over all the steps involved in the production, development and bottling of the wines. |
