Grape-variety: Pigato

Growing location: Western Liguria

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.

Colour: bright straw-yellow with marked golden highlights.

Nose: intense and fruity, showing vanilla and peach.

Taste: soft and lingering, with an almondy aftertaste.

Serving temperature: 14 -16 °C

Vinification: selected grapes vinified in barriques.

Ageing:
6 months on the yeasts in barrique (with batonage), and at least 6 months in the bottle.Best served with: big seafood dishes.

Production: approx. 1,100 bottles (75 cl.) + 60 magnums (1,5 l.) + 20 jeroboams (3 l.)

Cellar life:
until 2010 and beyond.
